Currently not shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1.00pm will normally be shipped that day. We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday and Sundays.

*Import duty and tax specific to your shipping destination may be applicable when your order arrives at customs in your country. The payment of these taxes and duties is your responsibility.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods purchased via our online shop we will happily offer you a full refund. You must notify us of your refund request to info@cathianstamford.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods received outside the 28-day returns period will not be refunded. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains including deodorant marks or that smell of perfume/or body odour. Please be aware that Cathian are not liable for the cost of returning items. Please note we can not except responsibility for returned items lost in transit. However you can also return the item to our store in Stamford. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or wrongly described, please contact us before shipping to arrange the return as we will also refund the original delivery charge. This doesn’t apply if the item is simply unwanted.

If you wish to exchange any items in your order, please contact the shop so we can reserve the item for you. If we are shipping the exchange out to you, please note that there will be a delivery charge.
